Swedish Massage
Tailored specifically for you, light to medium pressure will be used to release muscle tension and relieve stress. Therapist will ask which areas to focus on in addition to receiving a fully body massage (i.e. focus on neck and back). The focused areas will receive deeper pressure than rest of the body.
This is recommended for first time massage clients.

Warm bamboo massage uses different lengths and diameters of bamboo sticks that are heated in a heating bag to the appropriate temperature and rolled on various areas of the body to relieve tension and pain. It creates a warm and soothing effect like a hot stone massage.

Hypervolt Athletic Massage
Great for those experiencing pain like athletes from a gym workout or travelers from sitting too long.
The Hypervolt percussion massage gun is used to quickly soften tight muscles and relieve pain along with massage to gain mobility and alleviate muscle tension.

Sport Massage is an effective therapy for individuals seeking relief of pain from repetitive strains or sprains that have built up over time in specific soft tissue and muscle areas. It is different from a Deep/Swedish massage because it is more targeted, focusing on the areas of the body that are most used and stressed during physical activities. Sports massage is a type of deep tissue massage that can be used for athletes, active people or people with stiff joints
